How to update membership payment information if you paid via Credit Card (Stripe)
- In the table above, click the “Update Payment Method” link
- This will load a new page where you can scroll down to enter your updated payment information.
How to update membership payment information if you paid via PayPal
If the above method doesn’t work, you paid via PayPal! And you’ll have to update it directly with them.
Here’s the process:
- Go to PayPal and log in
- Click the gear icon in the top right corner of the navigation bar
- On the left menu bar, click My money
- Scroll down to the Automatic Payments section and click the “Set Automatic Payments” button
- Click the artist’s J.D. LLC from the Merchant list
- Click Change beside Backup Funding Souce in the Funding Source section
- Select the payment method you’d like to use and click Save.
